We are a small tour experience of maximum 19 guests. We are in close proximity at all times to all guests
The procedure for assisting guests who need assisted rescue is:
Guests who require extra supervision and assistance are always with a water safety person and on the floating pontoon with a staff member. Guests with accessible needs are guided to view the reef whilst under the watchful side by side supervision of our water safety crew. If a rescue situation were to arise it would be treated with the same assistance measures we have in place, but placing extra supports in place for reassurance relative to their individual needs. Our floating portable pontoon is an excellent aid for assisted rescue situations.
Guests with disabilities are noted in the guest log book for emergency and evacuation purposes
