We ensure exit access is free and clear at all times by: The operations manual, which is provided to event organisers to help plan and deliver their event at MCEC, contains specific instruction to keep access to fire emergency exits, hydrants, electrical cupboards, air returns and sensors at all times. A final inspection is carried out by the MCEC Operations Manager prior to the event opening to ensure all safety requirement are being met, including ensuring emergency exists are clear and accessible.

The following steps are in place to ensure that people with fatigue related to their disability are not disadvantaged by long wait times: We can support an event organiser to offer extra seating and quiet spaces. The event organiser is responsible for ticketing and would need to arrange any priority queuing options. Our security personnel can support any requests for priority lines.
