While service animals are warmly welcomed at Lola and we fully understand our legal obligations, please note that as an apartment, we don't provide a dedicated secure area with shade and water, or a specific on-site toilet area; however, the balcony is secure, and Flagstaff Gardens is conveniently located nearby for toilet breaks. We also encourage guests to bring their own animal bedding, bowls, and other supplies to ensure their service animal's comfort.
