We are using Nuance glass and Meta Glass that Health Partners are supplying for inclusion for vision, hearing and other needs. /We have developed use cases and have these available from 15th June 2026 for our guests to use in the classes. We will set customer's up before the class so they understand how to use and already have a staff member with hearing problems that can now present classes due to this techology.
There is easy to read signage and information (e.g. menus and emergency information)
We have produced a PDF introduction card that customers can download before there sessions and is emailed if on booking we are told of specific needs. All presenters are trained in different learning styles and we now have laminated cards that show processes and remind guests are each workstation.

Fleurieu Food and Wine welcomes accredited assistance animals. Under South Australian legislation assistance animals are not permitted in active food preparation zones or near cooking equipment. We have waiting spaces in all venues and can provide an early arrival for guests with accessibility needs. As we have only small classes and a specific start time there is no associated wait time for any guest. Staff our briefed on all inclusion needs and specific accommodations that will be required.

Top and bottom steps are easily distinguished through colour contrast or the use of TGSIs (Tactile Ground Surface Indicators)
