The following steps are in place to ensure that people with fatigue related to their disability are not disadvantaged by long wait times:

Access to the Visitor Centre (VIC) hire hub is step free (either externally from the carpark or via the main entrance to the visitor centre, exiting through the tower room. If visitors are using the VIC deck area for coffee/meal, there are ramps (see photos) from this area to bypass a single step down to a lower seating area beside the deck. The toilet facilities for the VIC are just inside the main entrance, have step free access, and are wheelchair friendly. Access to the Shirvington Hire Hub is step free directly from the carpark. The cellar door entrance at Shirvington is step free, as are the toilet faclities (see photo). Access to the Oxenberry Hire Hub is step free directly from the carpark. The cellar door entrance has a small step which can be transformed into a step free entrance if staff are notified, as a temporary ramp can be deployed. The toilet facilities are inside this area. Beresford has 2 pavilions. The Vale Restaurant at the top of the hill has step free access from the wheelchair accessible carpark by the entrance (see photo) and has wheelchair accessible toilet facilites. The Tasting pavilion on Blewitt Springs Rd is the site of the hire hub. There is step free access from the capark to the hire hub, the cellar door, and the toilet facilities (see photos). Familiarisation tour can be arrnaged to provide visitors with any further information required regarding access at any of our hire hubs.

Sitting in the back of aTuktuk is an option for people unable to ride bikes. The side arm of the tuktuk seat is removable allowing transfers across from wheelchairs, however the wheelchair itself would not be carried on the tuktuk.
