The following steps are in place to ensure that people with fatigue related to their disability are not disadvantaged by long wait times:
All guests are required to advise us at the time of booking if they have any accessibility needs or requirements, our team can then prepare to accomodate them suitably on their arrival. We provide priority check-in/disembarking, seating and first boarding onto the vessel for guests with accessibility requirements. Our crew members onboard are also available throughout check-in/tour/disembarking to assist guests and ensure they are the priority to make their journey as comfortable and safe as possible.
