The following steps are in place to ensure that people with fatigue related to their disability are not disadvantaged by long wait times:
We do not have queues or long wait times. Courses start at a set time and a coach arrives 15mins beforehand to support but attendees can arrive just before as long as they are ready for the course by the allotted start time. All tickets are purchased before the day, we do not allow on the day bookings.

We are able to offer tailored one-on-one mountain biking sessions for individuals with certain disabilities. This includes riders with hearing impairments, some physical conditions that do not limit limb use and some cognitive disabilities, provided that a carer or support worker is present. Our focus is on creating a safe, supportive and positive riding experience for each participant.

At this time, we are unable to provide additional or specialised equipment due to insurance requirements. If a participant requires adaptive or specialised gear, they will need to supply their own equipment that is suitable and safe for the activity.
The following limitations apply to participation, including those activities that are not available to people with a disability:
For safety and risk-management reasons, riders with disabilities may not be able to participate in group courses and we are not equipped to provide services for adaptive riders or modified adaptive bikes. Depending on the rider’s individual needs and abilities, access to certain terrain, including singletrack, may not be suitable. Our team will always work with participants and their support people to determine what is safe and appropriate.
