There are procedures in place to avoid cross-contamination of food products
when making a booking guests need to advise if any food allergies. We can accommodate gluten free but clients are advised that its not possible to eliminate cross contamination for Coeliacs as we use shared cooking equipment.
Any food allergies is then written on manifest which is then discussed with the crew prior to guest arrival. The guest has also been instructed to discuss his/her requirements directly with crew also.
