When there are long waiting times we have a staff member take some passengers to the bus where they can be seated in the air conditioned vehicle with the driver while waiting for the tour to commence.

Our tours are shore excursions for cruise ship passengers. We provide transport to and from these attractions, there are many different tours we have on offer so it is not a standard answer to these questions. We operate out of Hobart and Burnie at the cruise ship terminals so there is no need to be accessing train stations or public transport when embarking on our tours. We pick up and drop off all guests at the cruise ship terminal.

Depending on the location of our tours the answer may differ. Some tours will have no steps - others will have them. In the details of each tour we have tried to thoroughly describe the experience so that the guest will be aware if the tour is suitable to them. For the Cradle Mountain tour or the Mt Field National park tour for instance there is a lot more walking required and as we are in National Parks the path may not be as comfortable for some guests. We try to have a tour for everyone and do try to cater to as many people as we can. We are still continuing to implement things to make some tours more accessible.
