In the event of an emergency, staff will calmly assist any guest needing help to evacuate. One team member stays with the guest, providing reassurance and guiding them to the nearest safe exit or refuge area, while another staff member alerts the manager and emergency services.

Staff are trained in hygiene and handling procedures to ensure all food served remains safe for consumption.

Accessible Toilet General Information: While our toilet is labelled as accessible, it does not currently meet full accessibility standards. The space does not comply with all fixture and layout requirements outlined for accessible toilets. Key limitations include: The doorway opening is 820mm.The toilet height and layout do not meet the specified peninsula design requirements, with the toilet seat 441mm above the floor.The basin is 970mm above floor level and the flick mixer handle may be difficult to reach.Clearance under the basin and insulation of exposed pipes may also not meet accessibility specifications.We acknowledge that while the facility may be suitable for general use, it does not provide full accessibility for people with mobility or support needs. We are committed to improving accessibility and will review these specifications as part of future upgrades.
