The following steps are in place to ensure that people with fatigue related to their disability are not disadvantaged by long wait times:
As the main event is a street party, there is a high potential for queues during peak times. Volunteers at the gate will note those in need of assistance. If noticeable distress occurs, volunteers can escort them to the front as priority guests. If the queue is extremely long, a volunteer will scan the crowd to identify individuals who require assistance.

Since the main event is a street party in the town centre, there are limited parking options near the road closures. There are two drop-off zones on Lloyd Street. When we can recruit more volunteers, we will be able to create dedicated spaces for people with disabilities.
