All Villas would be visited by the Emergency Co-ordinator to check for any guests that may not have evacuated. An SMS would be sent immediately as well as a message via the app booking platform they booked through. Any emergency services contacted would be informed of any special needs guests. Any special requirements would be assessed and special arrangements made.

We have paddocks, open grass fields, gardens and a forest walk, we have a hilltop firepit all are level but can be accessed by car. While there is no designated outside play area we provide outside games for use outside on the open grass areas.
