Our property cleaners prepare a welcome board for each new guest that is right by the door when new guests arrive and has their name on it for easy identification. It also includes a phone number to call if they need assistance. Our welcome guide is also on the table with photos and words and phone number for extra help.

There are no wait times for check-in to any of our villas. They are accessible independently and ready for guests to enjoy.

Some villas are more accessible than others with flat access and ramps and only one level. These are Nest II and Nest III. The Loft has a ramp for access but is on the second floor. Nest I has a split level and only stairs to the upstairs. There is a ground floor bedroom which is accessible for 2pp use.
