We are a specialised tourism and experience provider for people living with Disability. Each client is cared for by a dedicated highly trained support worker/nurse who is with them at all times and manages instances like this individually.
In addition, the following further information can assist guests
All guests are met individually at their preferred pick up location. In the weeks prior to the adventure, guests are met with personally to go through itineraries, activities, locations and to ensure everything is suitable and their personal needs and requirements are met. In the week prior all information including maps, who their tour guide will be, pick up and drop off locations and times are sent as per their preferred communication method.
Cognitive Impairment Support
Documents are available in plain English for people with cognitive impairment (This may include instructions, guides, menus and general information)
A "social script" guide to your premises or attraction describing the sights, sounds and smells to aid parents/carers prepare visitors in advance
The 'social script' is available in word and other editable formats
