While we do not formally request guests to disclose accessibility needs, our emergency procedures are designed to ensure that all guests are supported. In the event of an emergency, King Parrot staff move systematically through every cottage and communal areas to confirm that all guests have evacuated safely.

If a guest requires assistance, staff are able to provide direct support, and we have a CFMoto buggy available to transport guests quickly and safely to the designated evacuation point. In many cases, guests with accessibility needs will also be travelling with family or companions who can provide additional support

While the layout allows for wheelchair access, it is most suitable for guests who are independent with transfers, as some areas may be less convenient for full-time wheelchair use.

Our natural setting offers a variety of sensory experiences. Guests can enjoy the sights and sounds of native wildlife, the scent of eucalyptus and other bushland plants, the feel of textured bark and natural surfaces, and the calming experience of moving water at the creek and waterfall.
